PANT - Chapter 25

Chapter 25

Time rewound to forty minutes ago.

Jiang Ningran sat alone in the warehouse, holding her phone. The tip of her foot tapped incessantly against the ground, her leg shaking wildly as her finger repeatedly pressed the unlock button on the side of her screen. In the dim, lightless warehouse, the only thing that flickered was the phone in front of her—the faint glow it emitted each time the screen lit up.

This was how Jiang Ningran kept checking if Su Wanxing had replied to her message yet.

She had been waiting for nearly five minutes.

Almost fifty minutes had passed since she sent the first threatening text.

And Su Wanxing hadn't replied at all.

A vicious look flashed in Jiang Ningran’s eyes. She clenched her jaw, a plan forming in her mind.

She made a phone call. The contact’s name was W.

“Arrange for three Alphas, three Betas, and three Omegas for me. Also, get the drugs I took from you last time ready.”

On the other end of the line, a woman’s gentle voice replied, “Jiang Ningran, what kind of trouble are you trying to cause me now?”

“Sister, just help me one last time,” Jiang Ningran pleaded anxiously. “I’ll send someone over to my usual private room in a bit. Then you just have the people you prepared go in and drug her. That’s all.”

W’s voice was soft and gentle, like a late-night breeze on a summer evening. “What did she do to offend you?”

Jiang Ningran’s brow furrowed. “She didn’t offend me. I just feel like doing it.”

“Sister, I’m begging you,” Jiang Ningran wheedled again.

W sounded helpless. “I know. I’m not at the club, so I’ll have the manager handle it. But let me tell you, Jiang Ningran, this is the last time.”

Jiang Ningran was ecstatic. “Don’t worry, Sister. As soon as I get Su Wanxing, I won’t do anything else.”

“You’d better not.” W hung up.

Jiang Ningran stared at the call duration on her phone and listened to the dial tone in her ear. A wild smile spread across her lips, her eyes filled with crazed desire.

Her breathing quickened. She picked up her phone and called Su Tianxue.

Su Tianxue had just finished a meeting and was walking out in her white lab coat, the ID badge on her chest swaying back and forth. She went to her locker, opened it, and took out her phone. Seeing several missed calls from Jiang Ningran, she figured something must have happened.

So she quickly called her back.

“Ningran, is something wrong?”

A wide grin spread across Jiang Ningran’s face, her whole body trembling with excitement, but her voice was disguised to sound terrified. “Sister Su, something’s happened. Wanxing didn’t want to stay in the same room as Senior Shi, so she dragged me out to have some fun. We were just walking along when we were kidnapped. I snuck away to call for help. Sister Su, please, come save us, please—ah!!”

Jiang Ningran’s voice changed, morphing into the deep voice of a grown man. She held the phone away from her mouth, deliberately making the sound distant, as if someone was approaching from behind. “You little bitch, so this is what you snuck out to do? What, trying to call for help? Let me see who you’re calling.”

Su Tianxue’s heart sank. She said coldly, “Who are you? Why did you kidnap my sister and Ningran?”

Jiang Ningran continued speaking in the man’s voice. “Who I am isn’t important. Su Tianxue, if you want to save your sister, I’ll give you thirty minutes to get to the Maoyue Club, Galaxy Room No. 9. Otherwise, you’ll have to face the consequences.”

“I’ll send you the specific address from this phone.”

“Hello—” Su Tianxue wanted to say more, but the call had already been disconnected.

Su Tianxue’s usually cool and rational face was now etched with anxiety. She clutched her phone, thinking for a moment before turning to the junior from her research institute who had been following her, watching her nervously ever since she took the call. “Junior, you have a car, right?”

The junior nodded.

“Could I borrow your keys?”

“Of course.”

The junior quickly opened her own locker and took out her keys.

The moment Su Tianxue got the keys, she closed her hand around them and dashed outside, still in her white uniform. She hadn’t even taken off her ID badge, which swung wildly in the wind as she ran. The hem of her white coat billowed behind her like a skirt.

Along the way, Su Tianxue floored the accelerator.

She tried calling Su Wanxing, but none of her calls went through.

At that moment, Su Wanxing’s phone was in Shi Ning’s possession, its battery long dead.

Because none of her calls connected, Su Tianxue believed Jiang Ningran’s story even more.

Su Tianxue was a good driver. Right now, despite being behind the wheel of her junior’s little Beetle, she expertly overtook other cars, weaving through the congested traffic.

She didn’t own a car simply because she was frugal and had decided it wasn’t necessary.

She never imagined she would encounter an emergency like this.

After rushing all the way, Su Tianxue finally reached the address.

The club was located right in the middle of City A’s liveliest bar street, hidden among rows of standalone commercial buildings.

Maoyue Club, Galaxy Room No. 9.

Following the information sent from Jiang Ningran’s phone, Su Tianxue gave the password to the doorman and was invited in. She entered through the bar and went up to the third floor.

The decor on the third floor was completely different from the flashing laser lights of the bar below. The style was futuristic and space-themed, all white—a white so stark it felt oppressive. The staff moving about were dressed in futuristic attire, with silver lipstick and robot-like uniforms.

Galaxy No. 9.

Led by a staff member, Su Tianxue found the private room. She reached out to push the door, but it wouldn’t open.

The staff member raised their hand, revealing an electronic bracelet on their wrist.

“Dear customer, you can only open the door using this.” The staff member waved their hand lightly, and someone brought over a drink—a Tequila Sunrise. The small glass was filled with the stunning colors of a sunrise.

The staff member gestured. “Miss, please drink this, and I will naturally open the door for you.”

Su Tianxue stared at the glass.

She was certain there was something in the drink.

Otherwise, a club like this would have no reason to make someone drink for no reason. But if she didn’t drink, she couldn’t open the door and see Su Wanxing.

Su Tianxue’s hand, hidden in the side pocket of her lab coat, quietly clenched. As her fingertips touched her palm, she felt a layer of sticky, cold sweat.

She was nervous, and she was calculating.

Then, in that instant, Su Tianxue suddenly remembered the one thing her parents had asked of her before they died.

Take care of Su Wanxing.

Even her grandmother had said that once she was gone, Su Wanxing and she would only have each other in this world. Wanxing was young, naive, and innocent, and she hoped that she, as the older sister, would look out for her.

Su Tianxue lowered her gaze, her decision made. She silently raised her hand, picked up the glass, and tilted her head back, downing the entire drink in one go. It slid down her throat and into her stomach. With a cold look in her eyes, Su Tianxue threw the glass behind her. It smashed against the hallway floor with a crash, shattering into pieces.

She looked at the slightly surprised staff member and asked, as if nothing had happened, “Can you open the door now?”

The staff member nodded quickly, raised their hand, and swiped the door for Su Tianxue.

Ding-dong, ding-dong, ding.

The door began to play a cheerful tune automatically.

The staff member bowed to Su Tianxue and stepped back.

The door opened to pitch darkness and complete silence. Instead of immediately walking in, Su Tianxue stood by the doorway and called out, “Su Wanxing.”

“Jiang Ningran.”

No one responded.

Su Tianxue focused, about to take out her phone, when suddenly, a powerful force shoved her from behind. She glanced back and saw the same staff member, a triumphant smile on their face.

The door slammed shut with a bang. Accompanied by an eerie tune, the lights in the room suddenly flared to life.

Seven people were sitting in the room.

These were the three Alphas, three Omegas, and one Beta that Jiang Ningran had asked W to prepare. There were men and women, and right now, they were writhing together, engaged in humanity’s most primitive act. Pale, dark, and multi-colored bodies were all tangled together, like countless writhing worms twisted into a cake of insects.

Su Tianxue couldn’t help but turn her head and gag. Her movement caught the attention of an Alpha. The man saw her and said teasingly, “Are you the guest of honor we’re supposed to serve today?”

Su Tianxue forced herself to calm down. “Excuse me, are Su Wanxing and Jiang Ningran here?”

The Alpha laughed loudly. “Miss, it seems this is your first time here. In this place, no one has a real name, only a codename. My name is Eagle, and as for why, you’ll know once you take a look at this.”

Su Tianxue quickly turned away to avoid the horrific visual assault.

“We don’t have a Su Wanxing here, and certainly no Jiang Ningran. All we have here is pleasure. Miss, we’re not responsible for finding people. We’re only responsible for helping you enjoy yourself.”

Su Tianxue watched warily as the man tried to approach her, with the other six people behind him waiting to watch the show.

She put her hand on the doorknob behind her and found that it wouldn’t turn.

Seeing her action, the man laughed. “Miss, only this thing on our wrists can open it.”

At this, Su Tianxue composed herself. She moved closer to the door, and the moment the man reached for her, she relied on her Alpha instincts to kick him squarely between the legs. While he was howling in pain, she tried to grab the sensor on his wrist, only to discover… it was sewn directly into his skin. She couldn’t pull it off.

“My apologies,” Su Tianxue said through gritted teeth. With a sudden burst of strength, she bent the man’s hand back. Amid another pig-like squeal of pain, she grabbed his nearly broken wrist and swiped it across the door.

Ding-dong, ding-dong, ding.

The moment the door opened, Su Tianxue bolted out without hesitation.

The others in the room snapped out of their stupor. The man screamed frantically, “Get her!!”

Everyone sprang into action, even calling for security.

Su Tianxue was cornered. Although she had some natural talent for fighting, she was by no means a warrior, nor did she know any martial arts that would let her fight off a hundred people. Seeing the growing number of pursuers, she came up with a plan and rushed into a restroom. She quickly used the clutter inside to block the door, then her sharp eyes scanned the room, her gaze landing on the door of a closet where the cleaning staff stored their tools.

She grabbed a bottle of cleaning agent, turned it to the side, and saw the words “strong oxidizing agent.” An idea formed. Seeing the high-concentration alcohol used for disinfection placed nearby, Su Tianxue unhesitatingly picked up a plastic bottle the cleaning staff had collected for recycling and unscrewed the cleaning agent.

Outside the restroom door, she could hear the shouts of her pursuers.

“She’s in here! In the restroom!”

Su Tianxue focused, pulling on the janitor’s plastic gloves and beginning to mix the reagents into the plastic bottle.

She had no intention of hurting anyone, so she diluted the mixture. It would be enough to scare them but generally wouldn’t cause serious harm.

The door was being slammed with loud thuds, but Su Tianxue remained calm. She crouched on the floor, and although her heart was pounding wildly and her body was starting to feel hot, her hands were steady, not trembling in the slightest. The edge of her white coat dragged on the floor, picking up dust.

“Put some muscle into it! What, did you guys not eat?!” someone outside urged. “Hurry up and get her out of there! The boss ordered that this woman must be gang-raped today!”

Su Tianxue didn’t miss that sentence.

She finished portioning out the mixture into several plastic bottles, picked them up, and stuffed them into the pockets of her white coat. Then she walked over to the janitor’s cart, reached into a side pocket, and sure enough, found a lighter.

Her gamble had paid off. There was a reason she had smelled smoke on the plastic gloves.

CRASH!!

With a deafening noise, the door was forced open. The things propped against it all collapsed onto the floor. The people outside looked at her, triumphant smiles on their faces. “Stop hiding, miss. What’s coming to you is unavoidable.”

The male Alpha whose crotch Su Tianxue had kicked and whose wrist she had broken walked over with a pained, awkward gait, shouting angrily, “Grab her!! I’m going to break her hands!!”

A thin layer of sweat had already broken out on Su Tianxue’s body. She was using sheer willpower to fight the effects of the drug. She bit her lower lip, using the pain to keep herself clear-headed. She picked up a bottle in one hand and flicked the lighter on with the other. A small flame danced in the air.

The club’s staff saw this and laughed. “Miss, what are you doing? If you want a drink, come have one in the private room.”

Su Tianxue ordered coldly, “Get out of my way.”

The staff sneered. “Miss, there are so many of us. You can’t escape. Why not just give in obediently?”

Su Tianxue lowered her gaze. “I’ve already warned you.”

She touched the lighter to the mouth of the plastic bottle. Su Tianxue had wrapped a loop of alcohol-soaked cotton thread around the opening, with the end of the thread submerged in the liquid inside, and had loosely screwed the cap on. Now, the flame climbed down the thread. Su Tianxue crouched down, gave the bottle a toss, and it rolled outward, stopping at the feet of a man who was trying to advance.

The man mocked her, “Miss, are you playing bowling?”

The words had barely left his mouth when the plastic bottle suddenly exploded. Fierce flames erupted, and a huge blast echoed through the hall. Everyone began to panic and flee. The building’s smoke alarm was triggered, letting out a piercing shriek.

Screech, screech.

The man who had been burned fell to the ground. Su Tianxue didn’t hesitate, ducking low and rushing out. Some, undeterred, were still chasing her. Not wanting to start a fire, Su Tianxue ran as fast as she could down the stairs. As she ran, her legs went weak, and she nearly fell. She protected the plastic bottles, clenched her jaw, and blood trickled from the corner of her lips.

Just as she burst out of the building, someone behind her was about to grab her. Enduring the excruciating pain of her nerves being gnawed at, Su Tianxue lit another plastic bottle with a trembling hand and threw it behind her. The flames flared up again.

At the same time, a silver light flashed, viciously stabbing into the hand of the man who was trying to grab the corner of Su Tianxue’s coat.

The flames and the silver glint of the blade intersected.

Su Tianxue looked up warily. At the end of the road, Shi Ning was running toward her.

“Su Tianxue!!” She was like a ball of fire as she ran, her expression filled with anxiety. “Are you okay?”

Su Tianxue looked at Shi Ning’s worried face and nodded. “I’m fine.”

Phew—

Shi Ning let out a subtle sigh of relief. She glanced behind her, and the bodyguards who had followed her car under Ye Wanlan’s arrangement all moved forward, forming a protective circle around the two of them.

Fortunately, this area was mostly empty at this time of day. The bar street only came alive at night.

Shi Ning stepped forward, placed both hands on Su Tianxue’s shoulders, and looked her up and down, checking her condition. Suddenly, the woman who was usually the most aloof, the one who always kept her distance, reached out and hugged her.

Su Tianxue rested her chin on Shi Ning’s shoulder. With her last shred of rationality, she said, “Shi Ning.”

“I’ve been drugged. You have to help me.”

The woman’s eyes were clear, but in them, Shi Ning saw a watery sheen, as well as the red at the corners of her eyes and the flush on her cheeks. It was desire, anticipation, a prelude to being in heat.

Back at the hotel, it was the first time Shi Ning had ever encountered a situation like this with Su Tianxue. The moment the door closed, before she could even do anything, feeling too nervous to know what to do, Su Tianxue had already pinned her against the door, kissing her clumsily.

Su Tianxue didn’t know how to kiss at all. Her kisses were simple, just pressing her lips against hers without any rhythm or lingering passion, like a small, bewildered animal that still possessed the instinct to hunt.

After a while of this blind kissing, Su Tianxue stopped. Her beautiful brows furrowed slightly as she looked at Shi Ning with a stubborn gaze and asked earnestly, “Why aren’t you reacting?”

Shi Ning was amused by her innocence.

She had never thought she would see so many sides of Su Tianxue today.

She had sped over, worried something had happened to her, only to find that Su Tianxue, while not a great fighter, had a sharp and clever mind. Just like in a movie Shi Ning had seen, she had managed to use everyday items to create a liquid explosive and escape her predicament.

Seeing her standing there, with flames rising behind her—that image, Shi Ning could say, was the most stunning sight she had ever seen in her life. The wind lifted Su Tianxue’s white coat, her black hair billowed, and her eyes were filled with determination, like a white rose standing tall and blooming amidst the flames of the apocalypse.

Shi Ning thought, she was starting to like this woman.

Beneath Su Tianxue’s rational and cool exterior was a madness and passion far greater than she had imagined. Like the Arctic continent, beneath the surface of ice lay roiling magma.

And right now, Su Tianxue was likely being swept away by the magma of desire.

On a normal day, Shi Ning would probably have kissed her back without hesitation and given her anything she wanted. But now, after realizing that her attitude toward Su Tianxue could no longer be as casual and teasing as before, she didn’t know what to do.

Shi Ning had never been good at handling matters related to love.

One of her three main principles was to never get involved with someone she liked.

Drawing a clear line between love and sex was Shi Ning’s way of keeping herself from falling into the abyss of love.

Now, she reached out, placed her hands on Su Tianxue’s shoulders, and gently pushed her away. With an unprecedented seriousness, she asked rationally, “Su Tianxue, do you know what you’re doing right now?”

Su Tianxue frowned with a hint of impatience. “I was drugged, not rendered brainless.” Due to the drug’s effects, her speech was slightly slurred. “This kind of drug, at most, will only-only affect my hormones and estrogen, and-and my blood circulation, but it can’t affect my intelligence or my cognitive system. I-I know what I’m doing.”

“Shi Ning, don’t you love teasing me the most?” Su Tianxue grabbed the collar of Shi Ning’s shirt and pulled her closer. “Why won’t you do anything to me now?”

“I don’t know how,” Su Tianxue said, clearly troubled. “You have to teach me.” Her tone was one of natural command.

Shi Ning sighed softly. “Su Tianxue, I’m afraid you’ll regret it.”

Both of them always wanted to win, to have the upper hand.

Shi Ning forced herself to be calm. In the steadiest voice she could manage, she said, “If you’re okay with it, I can find an Omega for you. A man or a woman, whatever you want. Or, Su Tianxue, if you can hold on for another half hour, I’ve already asked a private doctor to come and check on you. Maybe he has a medical solution to stabilize your condition.”

As she said these words, Shi Ning felt like she was lying to herself; a large hand was squeezing her heart tightly. But she felt that for Su Tianxue, for her identity as an Alpha, perhaps helping her through this in other ways was a better choice than having her, another Alpha, do it.

She had to present these options to Su Tianxue. It was Su Tianxue’s life; she had to choose for herself.

Hearing Shi Ning’s words, Su Tianxue frowned unhappily. “What Omega, what man or woman?”

She reached out, grabbed Shi Ning, and pulled her further into the room. Her steps were unsteady, but her hands were still strong. With a firm push, she shoved Shi Ning onto the bed. Su Tianxue took off her ID badge that read ‘Chief Researcher,’ then shrugged off her white lab coat and tossed it on the floor. She looked down at the woman sitting on the bed and said bluntly, “Shi Ning, I’m going to top you.”

In her nearly thirty years of life, this was the first time Shi Ning had ever heard someone say that to her.

She had to admit, it was quite novel to hear.

Shi Ning felt a sense of indulgence toward the current Su Tianxue. She propped herself up with her hands, leaning back slightly and tilting her head up to look at Su Tianxue. Her tone held a fondness she herself didn’t notice. “Su Tianxue, you can try.”

“If you’ve got what it takes.”

Having received an affirmative answer, Su Tianxue’s fighting spirit was immediately ignited. Her face was full of seriousness, and that seriousness, combined with the rampant, primal desire that had been activated, created a unique sort of charm.

Shi Ning licked her dry lips.

Like an elegant cat, Su Tianxue brought her knees up, knelt on the bed, and placed her hands on the mattress. Then, she began to crawl toward Shi Ning, slowly and deliberately.

All of Su Tianxue’s experience in this matter came from the red-haired beauty currently beneath her.

She leaned down, her black hair cascading like a waterfall, brushing against Shi Ning’s cheek and making her feel an itch.

Su Tianxue just looked at her. Then, she suddenly tilted her head slightly, as if remembering something, and said seriously, “Shi Ning, I have to tie you up first.”

Shi Ning smiled and asked, “Why?”

Su Tianxue: “So you’ll be obedient.”

Seeing Shi Ning hesitate for a moment, Su Tianxue asked unhappily, “You don’t want to?”

Hearing the woman say that, what else could Shi Ning say?

She could only indulge her and agree. “Anything is fine. It’s up to you.”

Shi Ning was now curious to see what Su Tianxue was capable of, how far she would go.

Instead of manipulating others, Shi Ning suddenly discovered a new hobby: watching the goddess from the peak of the ice mountain begin to fall, to learn to taste the pleasures of the mortal world. Compared to being in complete control from the start, watching her learn, ponder, and test things out bit by bit like this had a special feeling to it.

It was strange.

Shi Ning just liked watching Su Tianxue do things with such focus.

Her mind even began to wander, and she couldn’t help but think that perhaps Su Tianxue was just as serious when she was working.

She would use that same serious and meticulous expression to evaluate every experiment, to analyze every piece of data, just as she was now contemplating how to handle her.

Interesting.

Seeing the woman beneath her lost in thought, Su Tianxue tapped her cheek lightly, displeased. “Shi Ning, look at me.”

“You can’t daydream when the teacher is in class.”

Hearing this, Shi Ning really couldn’t hold back her amusement.

Was this some kind of talent Su Tianxue had?

A talent for role-playing.

She could only cooperate obediently. “Okay, Teacher. Whatever you want to do, I’m fine with it.”

Seeing this, Su Tianxue nodded in satisfaction.

“First, I’m going to tie you up.”

Su Tianxue was very logical in her actions, relying on rational thought. Having decided on the first step, she glanced around and noticed several lengths of thin hemp cord on the bay window. They were used to tie back the curtains to keep them from blowing around in the wind.

Su Tianxue’s eyes lit up. She had found what she wanted. She prepared to get up, but feeling a bit wary, she turned her head to warn Shi Ning, “Don’t you move.”

Shi Ning raised her hands in a gesture of surrender. “Okay, Teacher, I’ll listen to you.”

She felt as if she were playing the part of some delinquent girl who, after going to her teacher, had ended up with her in a hotel, about to teach the brilliant but worldly-ignorant teacher about earthly pleasures.

At that thought, Shi Ning felt the flames inside her burn even hotter. The instincts in her blood began to clamor wildly.

But she held back.

She had promised Su Tianxue.

Even a delinquent girl, a bad student who got into fights every day, would listen to her favorite teacher, wouldn’t she?

Now was the time for her to be obedient.

Shi Ning did nothing, waiting for Su Tianxue to come to her.

Su Tianxue had already taken off her lab coat, revealing the jeans and shirt she wore underneath. As she bent over to grab the hemp cords from the windowsill, her round, full bottom, tightly encased in denim, swayed right in front of Shi Ning’s eyes.

I really, really want to pinch it.

Su Tianxue was pleased to have gotten what she wanted. She hurried over and tied Shi Ning’s hands to the metal bars of the headboard.

She didn’t tie them too tightly, afraid of hurting Shi Ning.

After finishing, Su Tianxue clapped her hands in satisfaction.

She climbed back onto the bed with more confidence and sat on top of Shi Ning.

Taking off clothes was something she did with ease, a skill she’d had since she was a child.

But it was strange, so very strange.

She had never felt this odd sensation before when unbuttoning her shirt.

Before, it was natural, open, and casual.

She just did it when she thought of it.

But now, in this position, under Shi Ning’s gaze, reaching up to unbutton her collar and the rest of her shirt gave Su Tianxue a peculiar feeling. She didn’t know why, but the feeling was there.

It was as if she were a doll on display in a cabinet, and Shi Ning was the human standing outside the glass, watching her for a long, long time.

A sense of shame rose from the bottom of her heart, but stranger still, besides this shame, there was another feeling.

Being watched by Shi Ning, whose gaze was so open and fervent, filled with pure appreciation and a deeper meaning Su Tianxue couldn’t comprehend.

Being watched like this while doing this… Su Tianxue actually felt a hint of pride.

She rather enjoyed this moment, how Shi Ning’s gaze was captured by her movements, her attention completely occupied, how her breathing grew heavier with every move, how her chest began to rise and fall, how she licked her lips, and how the helpless yet indulgent smile on her face deepened.

Su Tianxue, who had been long neglected by her parents, found her own reflection in Shi Ning’s eyes at this moment.

At least for this one moment, there was someone in the world who lived for her, who would die for her.

Su Tianxue took off her shirt.

Her underwear was as simple as her personality. A flamboyant person like Shi Ning liked black lace, or red if she was feeling bolder. Pink was not a color she would choose. Shi Ning’s underwear was usually made of materials with hollowed-out patterns, some with front clasps, some strapless, just a single piece that stuck to the chest with a tie around the back.

Su Tianxue was different.

Her bra was the simplest kind, a plain beige color with no special patterns or designs. Thin straps went up from her collarbones, over her shoulders, and down her back to a rear clasp.

But in Shi Ning’s eyes, this simple style was more capable of arousing her thoughts than any lingerie she had ever seen.

Su Tianxue’s skin was very fair, with a hint of pink, and like her entire being, it had a cool tone. The light from above cast a warm glow on her.

Shi Ning saw the shadow of the light fall on Su Tianxue’s collarbone, and she felt a pang of jealousy. She was jealous that this small shadow could so easily rest on a place she longed to touch.

Su Tianxue confidently imitated Shi Ning’s previous actions.

Starting from the shell of the ear, she licked lightly, then moved down to the collarbone, and then…

It was ticklish, like being licked by a puppy. She didn’t know when to pause, had no sense of rhythm, and just kept going relentlessly.

Shi Ning wanted to laugh, but she was afraid that if she did, she would discourage this eager student.

She held it in, enduring it.

But Su Tianxue herself couldn’t take it anymore.

She was getting angry at herself. With a flick of her hand, she gave up, propping her hands on Shi Ning’s waist and sitting up. “I failed.”

Hearing this, Shi Ning looked at her and raised her eyebrows. “It’s okay, Teacher Su. You can try again. We have plenty of time in this class.”

Su Tianxue bit her lip. The wound she had made earlier to endure the drug’s effects was still red. She said, “But I’m out of time.”

Su Tianxue sighed softly. “Shi Ning, I can’t hold back much longer.”

That she could endure this long after being drugged was already extremely impressive.

Shi Ning asked, feigning ignorance, “So what do we do now?”

Su Tianxue lowered her voice, leaning down until she was very, very close to Shi Ning’s chest, and said with utmost seriousness, “You teach me first, okay?”

Su Tianxue added, “Practical instruction is also acceptable.”

Su Tianxue was a researcher, an experimentalist. Anyone in this line of work was bound to have emerged from failure. No great discovery was ever made without a hitch. Su Tianxue thought that she had long been able to face failure calmly and could spend long periods of time alone in failure. So, she could accept this small failure in the matter of “topping Shi Ning.”

Yes.

Su Tianxue thought, she was so smart, she would surely grasp the essence of this matter in one go.

It didn’t matter if she had to sacrifice herself a little first.

So she said, “I’ll untie you first.”

“No need.” Shi Ning’s lips curved into a smile. With a slight flick of her wrists, the hemp cords Su Tianxue had tied her with fell to the ground. One piece didn’t fall completely and hung from the side of the bed. To Su Tianxue’s surprise, Shi Ning flipped them over, reversing their roles.

She pinned Su Tianxue’s wrists and leaned in, whispering in her ear, “Su Tianxue, this time, you asked for it.”

She licked her ear, then took the round, cute, unpierced earlobe into her mouth, sucking and nibbling on it. Su Tianxue felt her entire body go numb, and her pearl-like toes couldn’t help but curl up tightly. She cried out uncontrollably, “Mm, Shi Ning.”

Shi Ning heard her.

She kissed the corner of Su Tianxue’s mouth with a gentle smile. “I’m here, Teacher Su.”

“Today, let this bad student show you what the idiom ‘the subordinate rebelling against the superior’ really means.”

Outside the window, rain had started to fall at some point. It began as a drizzle, then grew heavier, its sound becoming a torrent. The sound of the rain overlapped, and the raindrops intertwined.

A brain teaser says the fastest way to turn ice into water is to erase the water radical from the left side of the character for ice.

But if you asked Shi Ning, the fastest way to melt the block of ice that was Su Tianxue into a puddle of spring water was to kiss her. To hook her tongue and lead her, bit by bit, into a more passionate, more joyful world.

Shi Ning was very patient, and very into her role.

“Teacher Su, when you kiss, you have to breathe, and you can’t be too hasty. You have to feel the other person’s feedback, let your tongues intertwine in each other’s mouths, a give and take. That’s how it feels good.”

The corners of Su Tianxue’s eyes were already stained with crimson. She panted in small gasps, clutching Shi Ning’s clothes, and said in a clear, clean voice, “Teach me again. I want more.”
