Synopsis
At eighteen, Deng Chuan finished the Gaokao.
Stepping out of the school gates, she was met with a canopy of lush greenery.
The evening light was just right. Standing amidst the crowds of people coming and going to say their goodbyes, she spoke to Xu Wei: "Teacher Xu, I've graduated."
